1800 house

One of the first buildings in Burdett, the 1800 House once served as the town’s post office. Now reimagined as a one-bedroom, one-bath luxury apartment and short-term rental, the space features a chef’s kitchen and a spa-like bath. With wide plank floors and exposed beams running the length of the building, we worked to preserved the building’s original character with thoughtful nods to its past, while layering in modern comforts to create a timeless retreat in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
